Accessing Your Proofs
How do I find my photograph once the graduation event is available for viewing?
You can access the photographs by first visiting the website and entering the password provided by the photographer. Some events may require a PIN number which will be provided by the photographer after the event. This PIN number is typically provided by email or regular mail one to three weeks following your event. Once you find your photos, click on an image to place an order.

What if I lose the event code/password?
The best way to get this is to check with the event planner at your organization or ask others who attended. If you know which photographer shot your event, you can contact them.

How long will it take for my event to appear on-line?
Events typically appear online within the 3 business days following an event. If you have not found your event online, please check with your event coordinator or photographer.

Can other people see my pictures?
People who have the event code/password will be able to see the pictures. Since the event codes will be passed out at the event, anyone who attends your event will be able to see your pictures. Image Processing and Customer Service
Will the photo I receive have similar quality to the one I see in the proof on the screen or in my mailer?
The proofs you see online and in the mail order forms are lower quality and resolution than the actual images from which enlargements are printed. This technology allows visitors to the web site to view images which load up quickly, even over slow Internet connections, while still allowing our customers to receive top-quality prints.
How will the photograph be cropped for enlargements?
As photographs are enlarged, the height/width ratio changes, so the print you receive may require cropping from the pictures’ edges. Each image will be carefully inspected and is usually cropped from the bottom so that no portion of a graduate’s head or mortar board are lost.
What type of process is used to print the photos?
All images are printed professionally on the highest-quality photo paper.
Is my credit card safe to submit online? Is your website secure?
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.

How do I obtain permission to use photos for editorial or advertising purposes?
All images are copyright protected. You should contact the photographer for your event using the contact information listed on the webpages to obtain permission to use the photos.
